けやき荘で発生した出来事が原因で、2016年～2019年まで原疾患にない「ひきこもり状態」に陥る程の精神的苦痛を受けました。 その為問い合わせたところ 「入居して居た事自体」は事実なのに、問い合わせに応じて頂けずガチャ切りを何度もされました。 「生活保護受給者やホームレス」が入居する施設である為「録音してしかるべき苦情窓口に訴える」頭はないものとの認識の元自分以外のかつての入居者 からの問い合わせも「ガチャ切り」で事実上応じていないようです。 入居時見た「診断名」を元に人間関係のトラブルの際も「軽度の者の言い分を一方的に聞く」という方法を取っている。 すなわち「軽度の者の都合が良いように人間関係のトラブルを処理する」という事。 例えば「軽度の者」が嘘を付けば「軽度の者の発言なのだから事実である」と確認も取らず信用し「重篤な者」の言い分は一切聞かない。 このような状況下で虐めや嫌がらせが発生したらひとたまりもない。 又現在の所長の事は知らないが「2016年当時」所長をしていた柳澤明美という醜い女は「入居者」に対して日常的に暴行を行っていた。 発達障害の女性の顔面を拳で殴りつけ「てめーの発言なんぞ誰も信用しねー、警察に訴えてみーや「気狂いがおかしな事を言ってる」と対応して貰えねーよ、てめーの 立場の弱さを自覚すらしてねーんだな、この「本物のキチガイ」このような暴言を浴びせかけていました。 当時困窮状態だった為「ICレコーダーやスマートフォン」を所有しておらず裏付けとなる証拠を提示する事はできませんが、事実です。 〒161-0031西落合1-18-18更生施設けやき荘 社会福祉法人 特別区社会福祉事業団 西落合更生施設けやき荘の電話番号03-3953-8551 社会福祉法人 特別区社会福祉事業団電話番号03-6666-1046
